Everyone loves free rewards, for instance, if you sell electronic products, and a client buys a laptop add a free cover or bag with it. A small gesture will take you a long way.
Engage them in a Competition
Keep the clients interested by hosting competitions through the emails. Encourage them to participate in puzzles or crossword competition to win rewards or awards. This will also help you in spreading the word to other potential customers, by motivating the current client base to connect their friends and family with the company.
